Oh no. 6 pairs?! What a shame. Thanks for the heads up. I know that'll be helpful. And thank you for posting. The more people that post on the forum, the better a forum KingOf Aquaria will be, so please continue to post, and make sure to tell your friends!

I was in the process of trying to work on a new breed of angelfish. but this dream is now gone because of this company.
finnex.net
I purchased an 800 watt heater from this company, about 2 weeks ago. and put it in my sump... well the other day it just stopped working and all the fish died... 6 breeding pairs... I wrote a letter to the company, and they didn't even care... so now since I have nothing to do.. I'm going to run this company out of business.. I'm going to every forum I can, and going to write a thread to not buy from them.. so if you want your fish to live, then don't buy from them... as a bunch of breeders on here, people back what they sell.. Quality, not quantity.. if you can't stand behind your product, then don't sell it.....
thanks for your time reading this... and do the right thing..... andy

Identifying Angelfish Diseases « Result #6 on Feb 20, 2007, 2:49pm »
If your fish is sick, here is a nice link from NetPets I found, which may help identify diseases quickly. Of course, the sooner you identify the disease, the easier it is to treat. Hope this is of help to some of you. http://www.netpets.com/fish/reference/freshref/angelfish5.html

Also, to all those who are raising any baby angels, you'll want to use baby brine shrimp (BBS) Here is a link I found regarding hatching, raising, and feeding BBS to your young angels. http://badmanstropicalfish.com/articles/article36.html

UPDATE: Haven't been on here for a little while, but I hope to continue growing the forum. Recently I got two new pairs, a pair of silvers and a smokey/sunset pair which recently spawned. Anyone else get any new pairs lately?

Yes, I have broken up a pair and re-paired the male with a different female. Just try and make sure they are close to the same age, and monitor them to make sure they get along.
