Angelfish are beautiful and majestic fish. They are considered a rather easy fish to breed and they are very prolific. Determining what the fry will look like, however, is not always so easy. Depending on the strains bred together, you could end up with a multitude of different colorations and phenotypes from a single pair of angelfish. Below are some links to try and help you learn about angelfish breeding and genetics. www.angelsplus.com/genetics.htmtheangelfishsociety.org/genetics.htmwww.mellowaquatics.com/angelfishgenetics.htmGood luck with your angelfish!

UPDATE: Haven't been on here for a little while, but I hope to continue growing the forum. Recently I got two new pairs, a pair of silvers and a smokey/sunset pair which recently spawned. Anyone else get any new pairs lately?
